BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The COLGBTQCC Board of Directors are members who volunteer their time to be responsible for the direction and momentum of the COLGBTQCC organization and for the programs and choices that promote the best interests of the COLGBTQCC members. Board Members are highly visible participants and advocates for the chamber.

AJ Shaikh

AJ Shaikh started his commercial lending career in 2005. He most recently joined Centerstone SBA Lending, serving Colorado and the surrounding states. AJ’s focus within the business community is to help with debt restructure, working capital, commercial real estate and business financing.

AJ moved to Colorado in 2005, embracing the Colorado lifestyle. He enjoys everything outdoors. When he is not hiking or cycling, he enjoys cooking and spending time with family & friends. As an active member in the community, AJ serves on the Board of two local non-profit organizations. He has also been involved with Junior Achievement and Big Brothers Big Sisters Colorado.

AJ proudly joined the Colorado LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce in 2016, and he brings his dedication to serving the business community with him. He is passionate about equality, and he hopes to share the mission and vision of the Colorado LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce and be a positive influence in the LGBTQ business community and at large.

Chris Senesi

Christopher (Chris) Senesi is a huge proponent of connection and is motivated by what people can accomplish when working together. He is a strategic consultant, social entrepreneur, and human rights activist. He provides strategic and business consulting services in infrastructure asset management and risk management, and is also the co-founder of Empactr, a technology company offering an outcome-based collaboration tool for purpose-driven organizations.

Chris holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he studied civil systems and engineering for developing communities. Throughout his career, he has worked with and conducted research for dozens of national and international organizations, and has worked on a variety of global projects. He is also a co-organizer of Flatirons LGBTQ Tech, a diversity-focused tech meetup based in Boulder. He is an avid snowboarder, mountain biker, and golfer.

Lexi Aguilar

Lexi Aguilar is an accomplished leader in the Tech industry who is currently working as a Senior Commodity Manager in the newly created DISH Wireless business. Through her expertise, she helped define, develop, and launch a Center-Led Global Supply Chain Organization to support DISH Wireless which has since successfully acquired Boost Mobile, Ting, and Republic Wireless. Lexi is highly skilled in Business Development, Project Management, Negotiations, Supply Chain Management, and Vendor Relationship Management. She holds a Masters from the University of Denver in Organizational Leadership, Masters in Business Administration from Purdue, and Bachelors in English and American Literature from the University of Texas at El Paso. Not only is she a powerhouse in the tech industry, but this Lesbian Latina also hopes to continue developing herself and eventually be able to lead her own company. She strives to be source of inspiration in our community and reinforce the idea that we are all deserving of the life we dream up. In her down time, Lexi enjoys reading, spending time with her pup, going on adventures with her friends, and writing.

Terri Moore-Natal

Terri Moore-Natal has over 15 years of professional experience in corporate and legal industries and is currently the Firm Manager at Holzer Patel Drennan (HPD), a boutique intellectual property and business law firm in Denver, Colorado. In her current role, Terri is responsible for all daily operational needs (recruiting, marketing, facilities, vendor management, payroll, compensation and benefits, talent management) which allows firm attorneys and staff to focus on meeting the legal services needs of its clients.  Terri is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and other Board volunteer roles include Past- President for the Mile High Chapter Association of Legal Administrators (MHALA), Membership Ambassador, and Chapter Resource Team member for the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA).

As a proud Air Force brat, Terri has been fortunate enough to live on both the East and West coasts as well as in Italy and England. While Colorado has been Terri’s home for over 20 years, she and her wife enjoy traveling whenever possible.

Kevin Maza-Amador

Kevin Maza-Amador is an LGBTQ Mexican migrant living in the city of Denver, Colorado. Having relocated to the United States  at an early age, Kevin is considered a DREAMer. Benefitting from the DACA policy (2012), Kevin found his passion in banking through FirstBank in 2013. Having worked through FirstBank’s branch operations for most of his banking career, Kevin is currently working with FirstBank’s commercial clients through the Treasury Management department. His ultimate goal is to serve minority communities by educating small business owners within those communities on FirstBank’s commercial solutions.

Eric Mindykowski

Eric Mindykowski is the Owner and VP of Operations for The MMS Companies. MMS provides Document Management Solutions throughout the state of Colorado to help organizations make the move to digital documentation and manage large amounts of information. MMS is family owned and operated over the past 34 years and works with multiple industries including Engineering and Construction, Medical, Education, and Government. In the past Eric has worked with organizations such as Regional Transportation District, Leidos ASC, and Newmont Mining/Gold Corp. In his free time Eric enjoys the outdoors and off roading. His slightly modified jeep takes him all over the place for day excursions or camping adventures. He is also an avid lover of the theatre. He has worked on many stages throughout Colorado as both an actor and director. He has worked with The Colorado Theatre Guild as a Henry Judge and for 19 years been involved with the Colorado Renaissance Festival playing multiple characters over the years as well as being the Cast Director there for the past 4 years.
